Last night I got the opportunity to go out with some friends and see The Second City perform. I got dressed up in a skirt and even wore panty hose. Anyone who knows me even remotely well knows I don't do that very often. Apparently it's been a long time since the last time I got that dressed up because Addy was awfully suprised by what I was wearing. She came into the bathroom, saw the panty hose, and stopped dead in her tracks. Her eyes got really wide and she said "MOM!! What are you wearing???"
Today she asked me if I was going to dress like that again. Uh...no. Give me 3 years and maybe I'll do it again.

That's funny. It's the same reaction my kids gave when I wore one a few months ago. "What is THAT? You don't have any pants on." Giggle. Giggle.

Hey! I have a friend who performs with Second City.... she just finished up traveling and doing shows for Second City on a cruise ship. Any chance Rebecca Hanson was one of the ones that performed? She does (from what I hear) a hilarious synchronized swimming routine with her fiance that is supposed to be great. Just curious because I would love the chance to see her perform sometime -she was one of my dearest friends from college.
I'm not sure and I already threw away the program!! There were 3 girls in this performance and they were all great! No synchronized swimming though...
