Accidents Happen

The kids were messing around with the garage door yesterday (putting it up and down, up and down) and it broke. So, Nate was out there trying to fix it and while he was working something snapped and came up and hit him in the face. He came to the door bleeding everywhere. He thought he broke his nose (just thought it was bleeding from the inside), but when he took the tissues off I saw the big gash that he had and told him we needed to go to the hospital. On the way there, we were both saying "I don't know, maybe it won't need stitches...maybe it's ok..." but since it was his face we decided to go in anyway. Turns out he cut all the way through to his muscle and he needed some "deep stitches" (we don't know how many...it was quite a few though) and then 15 "surface stitches"!! Glad we took him in!
